When connecting the Uptrends integration in 1Password SaaS Manager you will be asked to provide an API account username and password.
To create an Uptrends API account (which is separate from your main Uptrends user account):
- Go to Account setup > Operators, groups (and sub accounts).
- Click the View all operators button.
- In the list of operators click the one that you want to add an API account to.
- Switch to the API management tab.
- Click the Add API userbutton.
- Follow the wizard and make sure to note down the password; once you leave the wizard you will not be able to access the password again. The API account will be added to the list of API users.
- Click Saveat the bottom of the list to save the changes to the operator.
