Qualtrics XM

When connecting 1Password SaaS Manager to Qualtrics you will be asked to provide a client ID and client secret in the connection settings dialogue. The instructions below explain how to generate these credentials.

  1. Click the user settings icon in the top right hand corner of your Qualtrics account.
  2. Select Account Settings.
  3. Navigate to Qualtrics IDs.
  4. Choose OAuth Client Manager.
  5. Click Create Client.
  6. Enter the following details in the Create new client dialogue:
      • Name
      • Scopes
        • read:users
        • read:groups
      • Grant Type: Client Credentials
  7. Click Create Client.
  8. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret (note: once you close this window the Client Secret is irretrievable)
  9. Paste the Client ID and Client Secret into the SaaS Manager integration connection dialogue.
