We recommend creating a dedicated API user account in MobileIron to use when connecting from 1Password SaaS Manager.
Assigning admin roles to a MobileIron user
- Log in to MobileIron and select Admin
- Select a user
- Select Edit Roles
- Select a device space to which to assign the admin user
- Use the check boxes to select the following roles:
- Admin Management > Manage administrators and device spaces
- Device Management > View dashboard, device page, device details
- Label Management > View label
- Select Save
Important
If the API user selected to authenticate API calls is associated with a GDPR profile, then MobileIron obfuscates the specified fields in the GDPR profile that certain API calls return.
